It looks like you have used a translator. If you don't live in Norway, the only uni you're allowed to play in, is Andromeda. For now. There have been some talk about open up the other unis, but at the moment, they're not.

Only skandinavians (norway sweden and denmark) kan play in univers 1-2-3 but in universe 4 (andromeda) everyone can play, hopefully all universes will be opend up for international users in the future, but untill that you can only get a account in univers 4 andromeda, seek a account there:)
