Game Operator Søkes

Ever considered offering your time for free giving support to players as a GameOperator in one of our universes?
If the answer is yes, consider the points below and if the applications are open go for it. :D

What does a GameOperator do?
  • A GO reads through players inquires and answers them one by one, mainly through the ticket system and IRC.
  • A GO checks his/her universe(s) for players that don't follow the rules and ban when and if necessary for a given amount of time.
  • A GO remains friendly to the users and is always as helpful as possible, we work as a team and help each other as much as possible.




PLEASE NOTE:
 Applications not meeting the following requirements
will be rejected!


What are the requirements to be accepted into the team?
  • Being over 18 years old; Due to legal issues.
  • Having a considerable amount of time to offer to the job (At least a daily average of one hour).
  • Accepting positive feedback and criticism from other members of the team, while being able to successfully being part of it.
  • Having a helpful and easy going personality.
  • Enough game and rules experience to be able to actually help people.
  • A Minimum amount of time being spent on IRC after being hired.
  • Being able to enjoy team work and some fun!


What should you include in your application?
  • The way you can fulfill the requirements above.
  • Briefly some real life work and studying experience.
  • Why we should hire you.
  • What actually motivates you to apply.
  • OGame experience; at OGame.no as well as other communities.
  • OGame universes you have played and are currently playing.
  • If you were banned in the past, what for.

Noensinne vurdert å bruke fritiden til å hjelpe spillere som en GameOperator i et av våre univers?
Hvis svaret er ja, vurder kravene under, og hvis vi er åpne for søknader, sats på det! :D

Hva gjør en GameOperator?
  • En GO leser brukeres henvendelser og besvarer disse, som oftest gjennom hjelpsystemet og IRC
  • En GO sjekker sitt univers for spillere som ikke følger reglene og spærrer disse hvis det er nødvendig for en viss tid
  • En GO er alltid vennlig mot brukere og er alltid så hjelpsom som mulig. Vi jobber som et lag og hjelper hverandre

Hva er kravene for å bli medlem av teamet?
  • Være over 18 år, av lovmessige grunner.
  • Ha nok fritid til å kunne utføre jobben. (Minst en time daglig i gjennomsnitt).
  • Akseptere konstruktiv kritikk fra andre teammedlemmer, mens man selv gjør det samme.
  • Ha en hjelpsom personlighet, og være lett å jobbe med.
  • Ha nok spill og regelkunnskap til å kunne hjelpe andre.
  • En liten mengde tid til IRC etter ansettelse.
  • Være i stand til å jobbe på lag og ha litt moro!
